Power to amend Schedules.— The Government of Goa, Daman and Diu may, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to, omit or alter any entry in the Schedule I, II, III or IV, subject to such conditions (if any) as may be specified in such notification; and on the issue of such notification such schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly, but without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done before the amendment of such schedule.
