Powers of Government to apply Act to other persons.— The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that all or any of the provisions of this Act or the Rules made thereunder shall, with such exceptions, adoptions or modifications as may be considered necessary, apply to persons doing the business of providing such tourist service in a tourist area as may be prescribed.
