Power to inspect.— The prescribed authority or any person authorised by him in this behalf may, within the tourist area, inspect at all reasonable times, the premises in which a dealer or a travel agent carries on his business or any premises where a hotel is operated and require such dealer, travel agent or a hotel-keeper to produce any document kept in pursuance of this Act or the Rules made thereunder for inspection.
