Attachment/Confiscation.— (1) The premises or the vessel wherein the contravention as mentioned in section 13B and/or 13E has taken place shall be liable for attachment/confiscation, as the case may be. (2) When anything is confiscated under sub-section (1), it shall thereupon vest in the Government.
