force in Goa, Daman and Diu, subject to the modifications that, in section 4 of the said Act,— (a) for the words “High Court” wherever they occur, the words “Judicial Commissioner’s Court” shall be substituted; (b) for the words “State Government”, the words “Government of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu” shall be substituted.
