Definitions.— In this Act, unless context otherwise requires,— (a) “Goa, Daman and Diu” means the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu; (b) “Government” means the Government of Goa, Daman and Diu; (c) “Official Gazette” means the Goa, Daman and Diu Government Gazette.
