Protection of action taken in good faith.— No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, any officer of Government, any member of the Board or Administrative Tribunal for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in accordance with the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
