In place of expression ―Rs.30, 000.00‖ the expression ―Rs.80, 000‖ substituted vide Amendment Act 10 of 1993. In the year 1996 vide amendment Act 3 of 1996 the said limit extended to 1, 25,000 and thereafter vide Amendment Act 24 of 2001 same is extended to 3, 50,000.
