Transfer to Corporation of Property of Municipality of Panaji.— All property movable and immovable, and all interest of whatsoever nature or kind therein, vested in the Municipality of Panaji or in village panchayats, for panchayat areas indicated in Schedule I at the commencement of this Act, with all rights of whatsoever description used, enjoyed or possessed by the said Municipality or panchayats as the case may be shall be deemed to be vested in the Corporation as constituted under this Act.
