Environment Status Report.— The Commissioner shall be responsible, before the 31st day of July every year to place before the Corporation with a copy endorsed to the State Government, the report on the status of environment within the City of Panaji in respect of the last preceding financial year covering such matters, and in such manner as may be specified by the State Government from time to time.
