Minute books.— (1) Minutes recording the proceedings at every meeting of the Corporation and of any of its Committees and the names of members present thereat shall be entered in the minute book as confirmed at the same or the next ensuing meeting by the person presiding. (2) A copy of the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation shall be forwarded to the State Government within seven days of the meeting. (3) The minute books prescribed by this section shall be open at the municipal office at all reasonable times to the inspection of any councillor without payment and to the inspection of any other person on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
