Discharging fire-arms.— Whoever, unless authorized, bound or justified discharges fire-arms or lets off fire-works, fire balloons, or detonators, or engages in any game in such a manner as to cause, or be likely to cause danger to persons passing by or dwelling or working in the neighbourhood, or risk of injury to property, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
