Chairman of meeting.— (1) At a meeting of the Corporation the Mayor, if present, shall preside. --30-- (2) If the Mayor is absent from a meeting of the Corporation the Deputy Mayor shall preside. (3) If both the Mayor and Deputy Mayor are absent from the meeting of the Corporation, the members present shall choose one of their members to preside. (4) In the case of an equality of votes the person presiding at the meeting shall have a second or a casting vote.
