Commissioner may call for further particulars.— (1) Every person who intends to make or lay out a street shall give a written notice of his intention to the Commissioner and shall submit such plans and other documents as the Corporation may prescribe in this behalf. (2) If any notice given under sub-section (1) does not supply all the information which the Commissioner deems necessary to enable him to deal satisfactorily with the case, he may at any time within thirty days of receipt of the said notice, by written order require the persons who gave the said notice to furnish such information.
