Power of Mayor and Deputy Mayor to call special meeting.—The Mayor, or in any such event as aforesaid, the Deputy Mayor, may whenever he thinks fit call a special meeting, and shall be bound to do so within two weeks of the receipt of a written requisition signed by not less than three members of the Standing Committee.
