Infected building not to be let without being first disinfected.— No person shall let a building or any part of a building in which he knows or has reason to know that a person has been suffering from a dangerous disease,— (a) unless the Medical Officer of Health has disinfected the same and has granted a certificate to that effect, and (b) until a date specified in such certificate as that on which the building or part may be occupied without causing risk of infection. Explanation:— For the purposes of this section the keeper of a hotel or inn shall be deemed to have let part of his building to any person accommodated therein. --101--
