Least practicable nuisance to be causes.— (1) In carrying out the duties imposed on the Corporation by clause (d), (e), (1) and (n) of section 59, or exercising the powers conferred upon it by sections 160, 161, 162, 163, 181, 183 and 184 the Corporation shall not cause any nuisance which in the circumstances of the case can reasonably be avoided. (2) The Commissioner shall make reasonable compensation to any person who has sustained damage occasioned by the carrying out of any such operations: Provided that no compensation shall be claimed or paid for inconvenience unavoidably caused.
