Injuring water-works, misappropriating water and tampering with meters.— No person shall— (a) wilfully or negligently injure or suffer to be injured wells, reservoirs, mains, pipes or other appliances for the supply of water under the management or control of the Corporation; (b) draw off, divert or take any water from any Municipal well, reservoir, main or pipe; or (c) tamper with any meter under the management or control of the Corporation.
