Supply of water.— (1) The Commissioner may supply water for any purpose on receiving either from the owner or the occupier of any permission, a written application specifying the purpose for which such supply is required and the quantity likely to be consumed. (2) The supply of water shall be made upon such terms and conditions as to payment and quantity and for such period, as the Corporation may prescribe in this behalf.
