Fees and costs chargeable.— The fees for every notice or warrant issued and for the maintenance of any live-stock seized under this Chapter shall be chargeable at the rates specified in this behalf in the bye-laws of the Corporation and shall be included in the cost of recovery to be levied under section 146.
