Notice of objection to valuation.— (1) Any person dissatisfied with a valuation made under this Chapter may deliver at the municipal office a written notice stating the grounds of his objection to such valuation. --64-- (2) Such notice shall be delivered on or before the last day fixed in this behalf in the public notice referred to in section 116 and 117.
