Annual Administration Report and Statement of Accounts by Corpora- tion.— (1) The Commissioner shall, as soon as may be after the first day of April, in each year, cause to be prepared a detailed report of the Municipal Administration of the city during the previous year, together with a Statement showing receipts and disbursements credited and debited to the municipal fund during the previous financial year and the balance at the credit of the fund at the close of the said financial year. (2) The Commissioner shall thereafter forward the report and Statement to each Councillor and to the State Government.
