Term of office of (nominated) members of Board.— A person elected or recommended as a member of the Board under 3 [clauses [(d), (dd) and (e)] of sub-section (1) of section 4 shall hold office for a period of four years or for the duration of his membership in the 4[Bar Association or Bar Council, as the case may be] whichever is less.
