Fees payable to the Custodian.— (1) The Government may fix the fees payable to the Custodian for the management or disposal of any property vested in him. (2) Such fees shall be payable out of the income or sale proceeds of such property, shall be a first charge on the property and shall be credited and accounted for in such manner as may be prescribed. 33[43. Procedure for prosecution.— No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Act shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the Government or of any officer authorised by it in this behalf, by general or special order.]
