(1) With effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf, there shall be established a Corporation by the name of the Faridabad Development Corporation. (2) The said Corporation shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall by the said name sue and to be sued.
