Section 127

Section 126 to apply to interpreters, etc.--

The Evidence Act 1872 was replaced by the BSA 2023 (in force 2024-07-01); no verified section mapping on file for Section 127 — confirm the corresponding provision (savings: Section 170, BSA 2023).

The provisions of section 126 shall apply to interpreters, and the clerks or servants of barristers, pleaders, attorneys and vakils.
