(1) This Act may be called the Employers [Liability Act, 1938. The words 'except the Stale of Jammu and Kashmir' were substituted for 'except Part B States' by Act 3 of 195 1. Sec. 3 and Schedule, which were subsequently omitted by Act 51 of 1970, Sec. 2 and Schedule.
