Section 20

[POWER OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TO GIVE DIRECTION

The Central Government may, from time to time, give such directions to the Central Board as it may think fit for the efficient administration of this Act and when any such direction is given, the Central Board shall comply with such direction. Secs. 20, 21 and 22 subs. for Sec. 19-A by Act 33 of 1988, Sec. 25. On enforcement of this provision Sec. 19-A stand repealed.
