[PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN WHEN IN GOOD FAITH

No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, a State Government, the Presiding Officer of a Tribunal, any authority referred to in Sec. 7-A, an Inspector or any other person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, the Scheme, the [Pension] Scheme or the Insurance Scheme.
