Save as otherwise provided in this Scheme, the provisions of clause (28CA) of Section 2, Section 120, Section 129, Section 131, Section 133, Section 134, Section 136, Section 140, Section 154, Section 155, Section 282, Section 282A, Section 283, Section 284, Chapter XX and Chapter XXI, and other provisions of the Act, shall apply to the procedure in disposal of appeal by the JCIT (Appeals) under this Scheme.
