Short Title and Commencement. (a) These Regulations may be called “The Delhi Water & Sewer (Tariff and Metering) Regulations, 2012. (b) These Regulations shall come into force from the date of its issuance by the Board and subject to Section 109(3) of the Delhi Water Board Act,1998
