Training of worker(s). The Licensee shall be responsible for periodic training of the worker(s) deployed in collection, transportation and disposal of the Septage. 21 Regular Health Check up of worker(s) The Licensee shall be responsible for ensuring that every worker(s) deployed under goes Health Check-up at least twice per year and submit record of the same to Delhi Jal Board failing which the licensee shall be liable to pay penalty as notified from time to time .
