Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie in any court agaihst the University or against any authority, officer or employee of the University or against any person sir 6041# rf paean acting under the order or direction of any authority or officer or other employee of the University for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the Statutes or the Ordinances.
