Removal of Difficulties If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provision of this Act, the Government may, by the order published in the Official Gazette, make such provision or give such direction as appears to it to be necessary for removing the difficulty: PROVIDED that no such order be madeby the Government after the expiry of a period of one year from the appointed day.
