Notification respecting appointment Speaker, etc. to be conclusive evidence. –– The date on which any person become, or ceased to be, a Speaker or the Deputy Speaker shall be published in the official Gazette and any such notification shall be conclusive evidence of the fact that he became, or ceased to be, the Speaker or the Deputy Speaker, as the case may be, on that date for the purpose of this Act.
