Definitions.–– In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) “Speaker” means the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi; (b) “Deputy Speaker” means the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi; (c) All words and expressions used and not defined herein but defined in the Ministers of Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1994 shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act.
