Other officers:- The manner of appointment, emoluments, powers and duties of the other officers of the University shall be such as may be prescribed; 19.Authorities of the University:- The following shall be the authorities ofthe University, namely:- (1) The Court; (2) The Board of Management; (3) The Academic Council; (4) The Finance Committee; and (5) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University;
