The Registrar- (1) The Registrar shall be appointed by Board of Management (BOM) in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service, and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed; (2) The Registrar empowered by the Board of Management shall have the power to enter into and sign agreements and legal documents and authenticate records on behalf ofthe University; (3) The Registrar shall act as the custodian of records;
