Pro Vice-Chancellors of the University- (1) Every Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by Board of Management (BOM) in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service, and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed; (2)The Pro Vice-Chancellors shall perform such duties and exercise such functions and powers as the Vice-Chancellor may specify generally or in individual cases and shall assist the Vice-Chancellor on academic and administrative matters; (3)The term ofthe Pro Vice-Chancellors shall be co-terminus with the term of Vice-Chancellor;
