No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against School Level Fee Regulation Committee, District Fee Appellate Committee(s), Revision Committee or the Director of Education or any other person authorised by the Director of Education or any other officer appointed or specified by or under this Act for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made there-under.
