Power to remove difficulties. 3 THE DELHI SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT, 1973 ACT NO. 18 OF 1973 [9th April, 1973.] An Act to provide for better organisation and development of school education in the Union territory of Delhi and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY
