Amendment of Delhi Act No. 6 of 1995.–– In the Members of Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries, Allowances, Pension, etc.) Act, 1994. (i) in clause (f) of section 2. (a) in sub-clause (ii), the word “and” at the end shall be omitted and added at the end of sub-clause (iii). (b) After sub-clause (iii), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely. “(iv) The Chief Whip as defined in the Salary and Allowances of the Chief Whip in the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 2003.”; (ii) in sub-section (4) of section 9, after the words “Leader of Opposition as defined in the Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital territory of Delhi (Salary and Allowances) Act, 2001” the words “or the Chief Whip as defined in the Salary and Allowances of the Chief Whip in the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 2003,” shall be inserted.
