Short title, and commencement.–– (1) This Act may be called the Salary and Allowances of the Chief Whip in the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 2003. (2) It shall come into force on such date1 as the Lt. Governor may by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
