(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions or take such measures, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after expiry of a period of three years from the date of commencement of this Act (2) The Government may make an order under sub-section(1) to have effect from any date not earlier than the date of commencement of this Act. :25: (3) An order made under sub-section(1) shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the House of Legislative Assembly of Delhi This bill has been passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 23 r d day of November, 2000.
