(1) For controlling any incident of rioting, any officer of the prison shall use as little force, and do as little injury to a person as may be consistent with restoring order and detaining such person. (2) Any officer of the prison may use minimum force against any prisoner escaping or attempting to escape, or using violence against any official of the prison or any other person. Legal aid
