Definitions. In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means The Pre-natal Diagnostic Tech- niques (Regulation and Prevention of Mis- use) Act, 1994 (57 of 1994); (b) "employee" means a person working in or employed by a Genetic Counselling Centre, a Genetic Laboratory or a Genetic Clinic, and includes those working on part-time, contractual, consultancy, honorary or on any other basis; (c) "Form" means a Form appended to these rules; (d) "Schedule" means a Schedule appended to these rules; (e) "section" means a section of the Act ; i?T (f) words and expressions used herein and not defined in these rules but defined in the Act, shall have the meanings, respectively, assig- ned to them in the Act.
