Facilities for inspection.—Every Genetic Counselling Centre, Genetic Laboratory and Genetic Clinic shall afford I reasonable facilities for inspection of the place, equipment and records to the Appropriate Authority or to any other person authorised by the Appropriate Authority in this behalf.
