Penalty for contravention of regulations, etc., made under sections 35, 36 and 37.—Whoever contravenes, or abets the contravention of, any regulation, notice or order made under section 35, section 36 or section 37 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees, or with both. 37
