Penalty for disobedience to order under section 27.—Whoever contravenes, disobeys, opposes, or fails to conform to an order under section 27 requiring him to vacate any premises, shall, on conviction be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
