(e) the matters which are to be and may be prescribed under this Act. (3) Every rule made by the Government under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the House ofthe Legislative Assembly ofthe National Capital Territory ofDelhi, while it is in session, for a total period ofthirty days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions, and it", before the expiry of the session inunediately following the session or the successive sessions aforesaid, the House ofthe Legislative Assembly agrees in making any modification in the rules or the House agrees that the rule should not be made, the rule shall thereafier have efl‘ect only in such modified form or be ofno eEect, as the case may be; so, however, that any such modification or annulment shall be Without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that rule.
